Pours a clear dark amber colour with a small loose off white head. Aroma is malty, some toffee and a little smoke. Moderately sweet taste, caramel, malts with some wood and smoke in a long finish.

[ As Pheasantry Smokin ].Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, wood, smoke notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, wood, caramel, dark malt, smoked notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
