Dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee and biscuit with a bit of figs and dates. Sweet toffee malty flavour with fruity notes and a mild roasted finish.

Cask @ Market Port, Borough SE1. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruiity malty caramel flavor with weak hints of chocolate. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Cask @ Market Porter, London. Pours ruby amber with a small creamy white head. Caramel, bread and vaguely tart fruity. Smooth. Fine.
