Draught @ Leijuva Lahna, Eerikinkatu 14, Helsinki, Finland 00100. [ As Hiisi / Donut Island Sour Hopzz ].Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, citric, peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, fruity tart, citrus - citric, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170406] 7-3-6-3-13

Tap at SOPP Tampere. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Farmhouse horse saddle aroma. Light-bodied. Tartness, farmhouse, some bitterness.

Draught@Leijuva Lahna, Helsinki. Orange colour, small white head. Aroma is lactic, vanilla, some wood, mild toffee as well as some tartness. Flavour is lactic, fruity, some slight sour wooden notes as well as mild floral notes. Quite a clean sour edge to it.

(Keg at Hilpeä Hauki, 20161216) The beer golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grapefruit, tartness and berries. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, grapefruit, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, tart and bitter. A good hoppy and tart brew.

On tap at Tommyknocker Craft Beer Bar, Helsinki. Hazy gilden with a white head. Citrusy and yeasty aroma with notes of pine and tropical fruits. No smell. Hazy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of hops, sour berries. Very sour. Acidic palate, slightly dry texture.

Tap @Olutexpo 2016. Pours golden color with a thin white head. Lemony notes, tartness. Nice aroma. Sorbet like citrusy flavor. Some mild funk and quite tart. Interesting.

Draught @ OlutExpo 2016. Pours yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of tartish citrus, fruits, mild sourness and lactic notes. Taste is lactic sour, juicy fruity and citrusy with some grapefruit and earthiness. Finish is fruity, funky and sourish with some lactic notes, tartish berries and earthiness. Refreshing.
