A soft and juicy hoppy pale brewed with the Hanging Bat in Edinburgh. Solero and Tango hops, from Germany, bring waves of mango, passion fruit and mandarin. Before finishing with vanilla and a rich lingering malt flavour.

Keg at the Hanging Bat, Edinburgh, 05/10/24. Hazed orange topped with an off white head. Nose is grapefruit, orange zest, melon, papaya. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, melon, mandarin, soft malts, light pine flicker. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow juicy hop bitterness. Tidy sessioner.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy yellow with a thick white head. Strong tropical fruit and peach aromas. Tropical fruit taste, more to the pineapple end. Good body for the strength. Light bitter finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow with a big foamy white head. Nose - sweet mango, tinned peach and pear. Taste - more sweet mango, passion fruit and fresh apple at the back. Palate - light bodied, very juicy middle, some gently bitterness on the finish. Overall - good fruit considering the low ABV.
