Ester Beer. Crisp & complex balance of fruity esters, subtle minerality & grassy lemon character from the hops. Dry & snappy finish.
A celebration of the complexity & nuance of flavours produced by expressive yeasts in fermentation. As brewers, our role is to create the colour palette that can then be transformed by microflora into something far greater & more delicious than the sum of its parts.
This beer is named after our youngest son Otis taking his first steps when we created this beer.

Bottle from the Beer Cave. Pours hazy golden orange with a thin white head. Estery nose as promised, some cereal grains. Taste adds light lemon. Spicy linger.

Hazy golden beer, thick foamy white head. Aroma is a little zesty, a little hoppy. Flavour has a little bittersweet lemon up front, something a little funky, some hops. Fairly straightforward, but crisp and fresh and very drinkable.
