A collab with our new Canadian friends, Burdock. With both breweries being well versed on blending grain and grape, this sour pale was the perfect way to team up. Malts & oats fused perfectly with soft Italian white grape juice and finished off with dry hops Nelson Sauvin & Vic Secret.

The taste is crispy, dry, clean, crunchy, bright, tart, sherbet, sour candy, white grape, gooseberry, must, lime, kiwi, elderflower, soor plooms and clean malt base with a dry finish. Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy golden with a fluffy white head. Nose - grape, and Sauvin coming through well, so reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. Elderflower and lightly biscuit. Taste - dank, apple and elderflower. Caramel and brown bread brings in the finish. Palate - light bodied, a mixture of sweet and sour. Zesty, only slightly sour finish. Overall - this was better than I expected.
