Cask (handpump) @ Malt Cross, 16 St. James’s Street, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6FG. [ As Brewster’s Music Hall ].Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, tobacco, caramelized malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, caramelized malt, caramel, tobacco, fruity - berries notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151011] 6-3-6-3-11
