In our 2023 Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, 90% of respondents (115 in total) from the brewing and distilling industries either strongly or slightly agreed that a commitment to sustainability from their suppliers was critical to the future of their business.
As a result, we were delighted when a brewing customer of ours - Good Chemistry Brewing in Bristol - got in touch to ask us to collaborate on a beer for their 'Sustainable Choices Series', which highlights relationships with industry suppliers who they have chosen to work with based on their commitment to sustainability.
For the release of the beer, which is a cask pale ale called Spring Field (get it..?), there'll be an emphasis us being a Certified B Corporation, while there'll also be an acknowledgement of the innovative ways that we're trying to reduce the carbon footprint of the malting barley supply chain and enhance traceability, such as our low-carbon fertiliser trials and direct from farm malting barley purchasing.

Cask at the Blue Blazer. Pours lightly hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and biscuit. Taste adds a herbal note. Light bitter, clean finish.
