This latest thiolised pale is made in collaboration with our good friends from Loch Lomond. We’ve experimented with a few different techniques, like mash-hopping, and exciting products, including YCH 303 Trial x Phantasmwith a blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic Hops alongside WHC Hop Unlock yeast. The resulting increase of thiols should contribute to big juicy, tropical notes.

Pairs well with 90s rom coms.

Can thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy yellow with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of melon and white grape, some peach. Taste is more of the same. Light bitter finish. Not bad.
