Highly drinkable, pink colored artisan saison with a refreshing taste. It’s brewed in small batches and hand bottled. Only around 300 bottles make it for sale from each batch and the rest is consumed by our brewmasters. Champagne yeast, raspberry and gentle hopping make this saison an interesting journey, bottle after bottle. Enjoy it ice-cold from a champagne or a white wine glass.

Can shared at home. 5.5% ABV. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, rose, simple but very nice smell. full body soft carbonation. tastes herbal, flowery, earthy, herbal, bit artificial. finishes lightly bitter and lightly sweet with notes of rose, herbal and earthy notes. Pretty good one, taste is a bit oily

Backlog (6.3 % version). Pink colour with a small ooff-white head. Aroma is grass, some citrus, forest strawberries and some mild nutty tones. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but also has a slight funky and biscuity touch to it. Alcohol gives a mild sweet kick to it.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear pink, mid sized head. Aroma of spicy grass, marzipan and strawberries. Mid dry with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Frozen strawberriy flavoured are backed by dry spicy grain. Low bitterness. The dryness makes it refreshing, and an odd example of where strawberries work in beer.

Aroma: Raspberries with citrus and herbal notes. Flavour: Fruity sour and sweet with raspberries. Aftertaste is fruity sour. Colour: Pink with an offwhite head.

Smell of straw. Ruby colour, very high white head. Aroma of straw, some herbs, a faint of berries. Medium sweet. Lively carbon.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow-Red colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma with nice berries notes. Moderate bitter slightly acetic berry flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can@Mathews tasting. Pours hazy light amber with small white head. Aroma is yeast, barnyard and hints of raspberry. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and medium sour. Body is creamy with fuzzy carbonation. Finish is long and medium sour with notes of yeast and hints of red berries.

Can @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is orange. Aroma and taste are orange, fruits, flowers, citrus, hops and has a nice fruity finish.

0,44l can, 5.5%. Clear, orange beer with a hint of pink twist. Head is medium and vanishes quite quickly. Aroma has raspberries, some spices and yeast. Taste has raspberries, spices and earthy feeling with some sourness. Medium body, low carbonation.

Can 440ml (5.5%, KSM Kampus) A bit pinky hazy orange colour, small off-white head. Rosehip, raspberries, Saison yeast in the nose. Light-bodied. Dry tartish and berryish raspberries in the flavour. Saison yeast spiceyness. Refreshing.
