Highly drinkable, pink colored artisan saison with a refreshing taste. It’s brewed in small batches and hand bottled. Only around 300 bottles make it for sale from each batch and the rest is consumed by our brewmasters. Champagne yeast, raspberry and gentle hopping make this saison an interesting journey, bottle after bottle. Enjoy it ice-cold from a champagne or a white wine glass.

Can alc. 5.5.%. A pink beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has raspberries and sourness, also spicyness. Taste has raspberries, sourness, lightness of wheat. Medium bodied. Raspeberry is dominating. Refreshning and good beer.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Post-PBF Lost-Box Hotel Room tasting ] - oh6gdx room, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Fat Lizard Saison Rose ].Unclear - hazy matt medium red (amber) colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, strawberry juice, rapberry, tart strawberry, tart raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, saison yeast, raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170406] 7-3-7-3-14

Bottle 0.75l at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Bottled 16/3/17. Colour is slightly reddish orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, strawberries, raspberries, red berries, sweetness and some Saison elements. Flavors are surprisingly strong but I don’t like raspberries so not high points for this brew. Yeasty elements are interesting.

750ml bottle from Alko. Bottled 25.4.2017. Reddish saison with some raspberries, fizzy carbonation, hints of fruits, vinous notes and hops. Quite an unique combination.

Bottled@Post-PBF Lost-Box Hotel Room tasting (thanks hanniku!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some sweet malts, mild berries and some yeastiness. Flavour is fruity, raspberries, some yeast, mild earth and sweetish malts. Quite a dry palate, making you want more.

75cl bottle, thanks Hanniku! Poured light red, almost orange in color with a thin white head. Crisp strawberries in aroma. Some wheat, some light sweetness. Flavor has strawberries, juice, mild sweetness. Light, good drinkability alright. Very juicy. Session stuff.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - bottled on 25.1.17, from Alko Arkadia, 20170310) The beer poured amber with pink shading. Aroma had spiciness, raspberries, fruitiness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, Belgian style yeast, raspberries, fruitiness, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste had raspberries, earth and bitterness. A pleasant spicy brew with rather strong raspberry notes.
