355mL can, pours a clear dull golden with a tiny white head. Nose is bone dry, with champagne-like effervescence, bone dry apple skins, and a touch of bugs. Flavour is bone dry and quite tart, with a nice light funk, bone dry apple skins, a bit of apple core, and some champagne-like effervescence. Quite authentic and impressively constructed. Excellent.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light tartness, light Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart apples with light acidity, light cork, nice and refreshing. On tap at Tooth and Nail.
