[ As Castle Cornish Best Bitter ].Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white - silver head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, caramel, fruity, yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161201] 6-3-6-3-12

Draft at The Pigs Ear. Muddy amber pour, scant bubbly head. Mild malty aroma, some fruit notes, which seem out of place. Taste continues with more of the malt, all very soft and muted. Mild bitterness shows up way in the back, at the finish.
