This looks like a pisco sour, a murky off white chicha with aroma of sweet fruity malt with light cheesey notes, light bilous notes, not what I remember from Bolivia. In mouth, a tart sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes, light Epsom salts, light bilous notes, a tad unpleasant. On tap at IBU 2016.
