Pours clear, medium colored golden blonde. Medium latge white head, fading fairly fast. Scent is crunchy, fresh malts, bready, whiff of coockies. Fairly silent on the yeast. Taste is surprisingly bitter, crispy maltyness, fullbodied aftertaste, malty (bready). Silent on hoparoma, but prominent bitterness. Very balanced, fresh, and tasty.

A bottle from Bier Laden, Berlin. Clear golden, moderate frothy white head. Herbal aroma, malty, grainy and bready underneath. Bready flavour, bitter herbs, moderate finish. Thin, soft carbonation, slightly creamy texture.
