[ As Downton Responsibly ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie, fruity malt, UK yeast, light fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cookie, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity. Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 4/1/2017. Golden in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Sweetish, biscuity malts, a touch of leafy hop and some citrus fruit, before a moderately bitter, finish. Fine.
