At a tasting, almost no head, murky very dark red color, aroma of cake, caramel and butterscotch, flavor of caramel, butterscotch, sour fruits and oxidised hints creeping in. Fair and drinkable.

Draught at the Brew Dock, Dublin. Cloudy, mahogany colored. AROMA- sweet, caramel, strudel, cherries, sherry, touch of whiskey. FLAVOR- sweet, caramel, some dates. Medium to fuller bodied.
Too sweet, too much caramel.

Bottle from my Secret Santa 2015, Beersiveknown. Thanks Steve! Almost clear amber to brown colour. No head. Aroma apples and vegetables, really not too tempting. In taste it evens out the aroma faults - somewhat. There is actual salted caramel. But you always smell the sucking cooked corn right before you sip. It somewhat destroys the experience.

0,375l bottle at home at Vienna Tasting shared by Gurthnar, big thanks. BB 16.11.2016. brown / redish cloudy color, small off-white head. smells of spices, peppery, bit oxidized, not too great. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes bit sweet, dried fruits, peppery, some oxidation, light astringent, some alcohol, musty. finishes bit bitter / sweet with notes of dried fruits and some spices. not a bit fan of this.
