Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Dancing Men Knight’s Noggin ].Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, toasted - roasted, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, toasted - roasted, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161201] 6-3-7-3-13
