Borefts 2017 day 1. Black with thin tan head. Big sweet deep roasted malts, chocolate, massive anise, lorice. Big sweet and moderate bitter. Over medium body, soft carbonation.

Tap at Borefts 2017. Black with light brown creamy head. Massive massive anise and licorice. Some roast, dark chocolate, herbs, soft ash. Bit over medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied with slick feel. Good but maybe slightly too much anise.
