A golden amber marzen with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, more sweet than the regular Marzen, but clean chalky notes. In mouth, a sweet biscuit malt with fruity esters, a bit more full bodied, oily, a bit nutty. On tap at the brewpub, March 17, 2012.

Sampled from the tap at EBF. Poured a clear light amber with an off-whtie head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was sweet with some maple as well as some sweet grains. Flavor started with maple but mellowed into sweet grains with a hint of grass hops. Liked the maple note but was a bit thin overall.
