A hagyományos Russian Imperial Stout.

27/IX/19 - on tap @ Borefts Day 1, BB: n/a - (2019-1509) Thanks to the international RateBeer Crew for sharing today's beers!
Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice roast up front, very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, caramel, some chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very roasted, bitter, malty, bit sweet, grains, hay, cow fodder. Aftertaste: bitter roast, malty, coffee, hop bitterness as well, more roasted flavours, bit sourish. Missing some of that chocolate from the smell.

Draught @ Borefts 2019 Aroma has sweet licorice root tones and some cola. Flavour has cola. licorice root and candy. A bit artifical, straightforard and candy-like.

Closing beer. Just a very well made simple RIS, without any additives. Ticks all the boxes: smooth, boozy, nicely soft. Some chocolate, a little bit of roast, good mouthfeel and well balanced. Very solid, nice last one.
This one also came with a chocolate, made less of a change here, but tasty anyways.
