Draught @ Craftheads, Tokyo. Pours orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of caramely malts, pine, resin and grassy hops. Taste is sweet, caramely malty and grassy with some pine, resin and citrus. Finish is slightly fruity and citrusy with some pine, grass and caramely malts. Okay.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 2. A tad unclear yellow color, average to medium sized white head. Smell and taste are moderately malty, nicely hoppy, lightly floral, hops, nicely bitter. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Quite nice.

7 3 8 3 15 Draft at Borefts Beer Festival '17. Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, caramel malt, light citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at Borefts 2017. Light hazy golden color. Off white head with some lacing. Aroma's: grainish, fruity, light vegetal. Retronasal it's sweetish, hops, a bit dank. Flavor is moderate sweet with a hint of bitter. Medium bodied with some hopburn. Long moderate bitter finish.

@Borefts 2017 van tap, helder gouden met witte kraag, aroma van mout ,gras, citrus, smaken evenzo, matig zoet, matig tot redelijk grassig bittertje, mango, limoen, stevig gehopt, matige body, zachte co2.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 2. Hazy orange. Nose is mellow orange peel, caramel, pine, rather caramel heavy for DIPA. Smell beats taste as with the previous 3 Shiga Kogen beers. Taste is too doughy, grainy, harsh bitter peel & leaves in the finish unpleasantly so, overly heavy caramel, weird, lingering weird bitterness. Not my thing. Strange.

This is what I think they wanted the One Ton to be. big malty piney mouth with tons cracker malt. Everything is balanced, not too malty, but certainly a ton there, but the hop assault balance things out. Really nice.

Tap. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is maracuja, dank, piney,. Taste is dank piney, toasted malts, peach. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Solid.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A slightly hazy deep golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of fresh fruity hops, yellow fruits hay. Taste of fresh fruity bitter hops, apricot, pineapple, nice.
