ABV: 8.0%. Murky medium matt orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, fruity hops, citrus - mango, gooseberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, gooseberry, grapes, citrus - mango, tropical fruit, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240411]

(473ml can from the brewery) Pours very hazy orange-gold with a decent white head and heavy lace. Aroma of ripe mango, lemon/lime peel and a little sweet curd, white grape, some grass, oaty malt. Flavour is off-dry, green mango and lemon-lime, quite white wine-like, a little green gooseberry acidity, softly grassy, touch of Azacca resins but not too strong, nice lemon-lime peel into the finish with white grape and leafy freshness, soft oat malt vibes, quite low bitterness, mineral and crisp. Medium-bodied, oily, softly carbonated. Not a huge Azacca fan but nice to have it blended with some smooth southern hemisphere hops to produce a vinous, not-overly-sweet DIPA.
