Things have changed since we first brewed our APA back in 2010, people take more notice about what they drink and general knowledge of beer has increased hugely. Back then relatively few people could tell you what an American Pale Ale was but now it is one of the most popular styles available, so to avoid confusion we have given the beer a new name, one that fits better with our other bestselling beers.
If you havn't tried it yet, please do and see what all the fuss is about!

Bottled@Bruuveri, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wooden notes along with mild grass. Flavour is grassy, floral, some mild spruce and quite biscuity as well. A bit harsh as for the bitterness.

Cask at the Waterloo Tap, 20/07/16. Golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is orange peel, straw, toasted bread, light peach. Taste comprises orange pith, soft bread, toasted grain, airy malts, lemmon drizzle, faint biscuit notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter edge. Adequate cask pale but not as good as other Allendales I’ve had, lacks hop presence.
