Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy but stable tan head. Clear aroma of roast and smoke, with touches of malt and yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee, liquorice and vanilla, and touches of yeast, malt and hops. Roasty, coffeelike aftertaste with touches of liquorice and yeast. Warming alcohol presence. Heady, well-balanced and enjoyable in small sips. Good work, TODTY!
