This Teutonic take on the traditional IPA features spicy German grown hops and an expressive Kolsch yeast. The result is a golden beer with a moderate bitterness and an intensely fruity aroma reminiscent of raspberry and lemon peel. Prost!

hazy gold, 1 finger head. not much aroma here. Really great carbonation. Soft, filling, really nice. Peppery with oranges, pineapple even a little grapefruit. Love the overall bavarian flavors going on here. could drink a nice tall boy of this one

On draft at the Torpedo Room. It pours a clear orange/gold color with an off white head. Advertised on the board as 5.3%. The aroma has a little menthol, mint, subtle notes of flowers, grapefruit, melon and orange. The flavor is noble and spicy up front with some light earthy bitterness in the finish. Fruitiness comes out more on subsequent sips with some orange, honeydew melon and hints of grape. Light toasted, honey-like malt provides a good background. Medium-light bodied with good texture on the palate. Not super exciting, but pleasant and sessionable.
