An American amber ale. Showcasing different single hops. Complex malty beer with lots of hops used throughout the boil and for dry hopping.
Mosaic is one of our all time favourite hops, so we decided to make atom one of our core beers. Mosaic gives a complex array of tropical fruit, citrus, berry, herbal, earthy and pine characteristics. Refreshing and hoppy with a big supporting malt base.

Bottle from Brewer’s Droop, Bristol. Clear and vibrant copper in colour, with a slight, yet frothy, white head that left rings down the glass. Aroma of sweetish malts, with a touch of citrus hop. Flavour had some tropical fruits, a spicy edge, balancing malts and a dryish finish. Solid drinking.
