26/10/2025. Can bought direct from the brewery. Good pour. Nice aroma, sweet ripe tropical fruits, citrus, grapefruit, husky herbal edge. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Nicely done for a modestly abv’d pale.

Keg at Craft Beer Co St Mary Axe. Aroma is very sweet. Caramel malts and fruit. Gluey. Clear amber. Frothy translucent white head sticks to the rim. Medium bitter with bitter resin with a tart citrus edge. Then develops sweet fruit and an almost gluey sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Relatively punchy but ultimately not overly exciting.
