Foamy pink hued head on a rhubarb coloured body. Parma Violets aroma. Raspberry, milky, oats, ice cream & strawberry tastes. Thick & gooey.

On keg at the Shilling Brewery Taproom. Appearance - murky red with a pink head. Nose - strawberry and raspberry with a funky sour edge. Taste - more red fruits, some creamy lactose and still a sour funky edge to it. Palate - close to medium bodied, with a sour and creamy combination throughout. Overall - decent.

Keg at the Shilling Brewery Taproom. Pours a murky red with a pink head. Aromas of strawberry and raspberry. Taste has a sour tang, balanced with the lactose. Sweet finish.
