Bottle from Cork & Cask. Pours clear red-brown with no head. Aromas of light balsamic, cherry and wood. Taste is woody, cherry, light acetic sour, raspberry. Dry fruity sour finish.

Bottle at ash's. Pours hazy orange, nose is cherry, almond, funk, leather, wood, taste is funk, balsamic, red berries, cherry, a bit thin.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Appearance - murky brown. White head. Nose - sour cherry, balsamic, wood and funky. Taste - creamy sweet and sour cherries. Funky, wood and balsamic again. Palate - medium bodied, tight texture and persistent finish. Overall - lovely stuff.
