Giovanni Campari has travelled to Hook Norton Brewery in Oxfordshire to brew this copper-coloured beer for us. The beer is generously hopped with a host of different varieties, resulting in a complex, enticing aroma, leading to a lightly toasted caramel flavour which perfectly balances the bitter finish.

Cask@Crosse Keys JDW, London (30/11/2015) - pours amber orange with white head. Medium sweet malty aroma and taste, with some prominent caramel sweetness coming to the fore, some herbal twiggy hoppy nuances, fair.

Fra cask på George Croydon 28 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Lett mørk gyldenbrun. Lavt skum med litt farge. Beskjeden ferskenaroma. Smaken lett syrlige mørke plommer. Mer frukt i avslutninga.

Cask at the Falcon, High Wycombe, 05/12/15. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is sweet malt, light candied fruit peel, caramel, straw. Taste develops from the nose comprising caramel, light bread, pinch of spice, orange peel, dried apricot. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Cask at Ruislip Manor (Spoons). A golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Malty, caramel aroma. Tastes malty, caramel, sweet and very thin.
