Аромат действительно как от какой то конфеты с вишневой глазурью, есть скорее не шоколад а шоколадная конфета. Цвет не угольный, есть просвет, тонкая кофейная пенка. Вкус немного странный, не химозный но очень конфентый, шоколад как будто не совсем естественный, много начинки с вишней, как будто слегка подсушенный, сладость умеренная. Немного не хватает глубины разнообразности. Интересно, но не лучший пастри что пил.

5/5/2024. Can from Left Field Beer. Pours black with no head. Aroma is cherry bakewell, chocolate, roasted malt, marzipan, coconut. Medium sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Quite full bodied, smooth, average to soft carbonation. Intriguing but a bit of a miss on taste expectations.

Can thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of cherry, chocolate and coconut. Taste is more of the same. Boozy thin finish.

Can at ash's. Pours black, nose is chocolate, cherry bakewell, some coconut, taste is similar, juicy fruit, a little thin for the abv.

Can from Cork & Cask. Appearance - deep brown to black. Thin beige head. Nose - cherries, marzipan, dark chocolate and boozy wood. Taste - deep chocolate, cherry and marzipan again. Booze and wood at the back. Palate - medium to full bodied, creamy middle and sweet, rich and wood spice finish. Overall - great stuff. Beer of the day.
