Can from Great Grog. Clear deep golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine and orange. Flavour of pine and lemon. Medium body with a slick, oily texture. Soft fizz. A classic west coast IPA.

Can from Fierce Brewery Taproom. It pours clear rich amber with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is sappy, sticky, resinous, pine, zingy grapefruit, pomelo, caramel and some hubba bubba tropical flavour. The taste is firmly dry, pleasing bitterness, sappy, resinous, pine needles, leafy, pithy, zesty, waxy citrus peel, grapefruit, blood orange, peppery spice, nip of booze and caramel with a firmly dry, sappy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice punchy west coaster. Satisfying.
