KVEIK PALE ALE
For our latest juicy pale we've turned to the Bjorn Kveik yeast strain, famous for producing big, fruity ester character.
Combined with a hop bill of Sabro, Azacca, Mosaic and Strata, we're talking Um Bongo levels of tropical, with mango, papaya and tangerine at the fore.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - milky and murky yellow. Solid, foamy white head. Nose - a touch of pineapple, perhaps almonds from the Sabro. Orange zest, dank and melon. Taste - ripe, or even overripe melon, apricot, orange zest and lightly grassy. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy middle and a bitter, tangy finish. Overall - pretty good.
