Using YCH 303 Trial co-pelleted concentrated Cryo Hops® and Phantasm® this potent combo enhancing the huge citrus, tropical, pine notes to the next level, then generously dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic

Here’s the geeky bit, Phantasm powder, which has been combine with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic Cryo Hops® in this case, is a unique ingredient made from the skins of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Phantasm powder contains thiol precursors that contribute to a rich flavour profile of pine, citrus, and tropical notes.

We brewed two beers to sit side by side to test out this new innovation in brewing, a DDH IPA and a West Coast IPA - we are looking to see how this will enhance both styles in different ways.
