Pours an almost clear golden colour with a small thin white head that settled. The aroma is citrusy; orange and orange peel. A moderately sweet fruity taste, juicy blood orange and orange peel flavours with a bitterness in the finish.

Cask at the Black Horse, Preston. Pours lightly hazed yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of sharp orange. Taste is also quite sharp citrus. Blood orange finish. A bit one-note, but OK.

Cask at the Kentish Belle, Bexleyheath. Blood orange pour with a white head. Sweet citrusy nose, peach,apricot. Taste is tangerine, blood orange, pink grapefruit, apricot. Long citrusy kick.
