A pale lager that combines some of the great attributes of Pilsner with the modern twist of New Zealand hops. Distinctive Motueka hops provide flavours of fresh crushed citrus, mojito and hints of tropical fruit that balance with a dry and lightly bitter finish.

Panda from Low Cost Beer. Appearance - hazy yellow and very pale. Thin white head. Nose - dank and lemon. A bit parsle. Taste - lemon and seaweed. Palate - light bodied, but with decent texture. Dry, bitter finish. Overall - a reasonable representation of the style.

Growler fill thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of light salt and green herb. Taste is light bitter, sweet biscuit malt, that saline thing again. Light sweet finish.
