This is our take on a table beer. We pulled every trick in the book to give this beer as much body as possible, then gave it a generous flameout edition of Simcoe and double dry-hopped with Simcoe T-90s. The result is a beer with suprising body for the abv acting as a fantastic canvas for the all the fruity and piney notes of Simcoe to shine.

Cask at The Guildford Arms. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of acidic fruit, almost acetic, raspberry. Taste is redcurrant sour and sour orange. I took it back, to be honest. The bar manager said that it tasted like that when they put it on. This put me in a bit of bind. I didn't want to say, So it's not badly kept, it's badly made?. So I just drank it. I think my guts might pay the price.

Keg at BD Outpost Manchester, 22/02/20. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is juicy citric peel, melon, tangerine, airy malts. Taste comprises gentle citric pith. grass, melon, light breads, lemon zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed swish grassy to juicy hop bitterness. Not bad for low boost.
