Hazy and pale with lively carbonation and a dense tropical aroma, the kettle soured wort provides a tart and tangy foundation accentuating the mango, peach, tangerine and pear flavours imparted by Idaho 7, Mosaic and Calypso.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, ripe mango and pineapple. Taste is tangy orange and pineapple again. Sour and bitter finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy orange with a snow white head. Nose - mandarin, peach and melon. Taste - peach, orange, ripe melon and mango. Tart edge. Palate - light to medium bodied. Dry,, tart and bitter finish Overall - tasty stuff.
