Something like Buddha fingers. Golden clear pour with decent head. Lemony tart finish. Nice balance. Tap at Salt Horse.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours light hazed orange with no head. Aromas of lime and fresh herbs. Taste is lime again, zingy. Bit of an earthy note alongside that herbal note again. Zesty finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy and solid orange/amber with a head that disappears quicker than you can describe it. Nose - intense lime and lime leaf. I've never had sudachi so lime is closest I know. There's an underlying funky/smoky note. Taste - big lime notes again, herbaceous on the edges. Zesty lime finish. Palate - close to medium bodied, zesty middle and finish. Overall - a cracking Summer drink, this one!
