Jacobsen Yakima IPA brygges ved brug af fire forskellige moderne slags humle, der giver en langvarig bitter smag og en eksotisk og forfriskende aroma med tropiske accenter som grapefrugt og papaya.

Bottle. A hazy dark orange beer with a finger thick offwhite head. Caramel-malty aroma with a nice grassy and piney touch. Hints of flour. It's full bodied, softly carbonated and semisweet. Caramel, bread and a nice piney flavor. Some grass and a peppery hint. Mostly hoppy finish. Quite nice this one. 200531

Keg at Kastrup Airport. Hazy pale amber, small head. Aroma of pineapple, mango and banana. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, somewhat sticky mouthfeel. Fruity and somewhat yeasty with mango, pineapple and pine. Resinous bitter finish.

Shared bottle at Kjul Strand. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, stone fruit. Tastes slightly bitter with quite some sweetness. Thin to medium bodied, bitter finish.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral, herbs, citrus and grass. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long floral, herbal, citrus and grassy finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and grass, with notes of yeast and touches of malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour with citric notes and touches of malt and yeast and hints of flowers. Bitter aftertaste with estery hints. Not bad.
