Back by popular demand is this delicious, refreshing, full-bodied golden ale.
Spring Break was created in 2022 in collaboration with two apprentice’s studying on the University of Nottingham brewing programme, a course strongly supported by our Master Brewer.
NB - also branded as George & the Flagon for St George's Day 2025 (not to be confused with George and the Flagon, an earlier different beer)

29/4/2022. On the Harwich Ale Trail. Cask at the Stingray, Harwich. Pours clear amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, toffee. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily, watery, soft carbonation. Typically GK.
