Tap at Sommar, Waterloo Street, Birmingham. Pours a dark cola brown with a thin beige head. Sour cherry compote on the nose with dark malts and cola. Taste is more balanced than expected from the aroma. There is a nice tart fruity cherry compote with a cola like note and mint. Quite acidic a somewhat drying in the finish. Good.

Cherry cola sour 5%. Pours dark brown with a red tinge and a short-lived thin tan head. Aromas of cherry cola as expected. Taste is sour, sarspirella, cherry, almond. Hint of mint. Syrupy finish.
