25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours dark amber with a lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, hops, biscuit, pine, veg and malt. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium plus body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

[ As Urban Chicken Bantam ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, fruity malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity - tropical fruit, pale malt, straw - hay, sweet hops bitter.
