We barrel aged our Raspberry & Oat beer for that trademark whisky flavour found in Cranachan, the Scottish dessert. Honey and marshmallow sweetness from the whisky casks compliments tart Scottish raspberries, making this an all-natural fruity delight.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - very murky brown. Snow white head that is quite thin. Nose - a lovely sweet raspberry note. Not so much as a hint of barrel or booze on this. Taste - again raspberry is very dominant. Only a slight hint of any woodiness and no sign of the booze at all, really. However, there is a late toffee note that builds. Palate - creamy in texture, light to medium bodied, Overall - looks like a puddle but very tasty, as per the base beer.
