Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Can at Appellation Wines, D4B tasting. Pours hazy yellow with a thick off-white head. Aromas of vanilla and pear, apple crumble. Taste is sharp sour up front, leading to a custardy sweet finish. Nice.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange. Decent off white lacing. Nose - gooseberry and apple for sure. Sour and funky edge to it. Taste - apple and pear more prominent with an edge of gooseberry. Slight tartness but might be mainly the fruit. Palate - light bodied, and persistent finish. Overall - good.
