Refreshing, sessionable Golden Ale brewed with Centennial and Amarillo. Pours clear and golden in colour with a snowy white head. Sweet and delicately malty at first, with Maris Otter and Cara Gold providing the perfect base to showcase the floral, slightly earthy, orange-grapefruit hop aroma. Mouthfeel is smooth and there’s a rounded bitterness keeping everything in balance. The finish is crisp and dry with a lingering fruity taste.

Original review text: Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a fluffy white head and steady carbonation. Nose - lemon zest and light digestive. Taste - lemon and lemon zest. Lightly pithy too. Palate - light bodied, dry, balanced bitterness on the finish. Overall - very refreshing and a very good example of a simple style that's often not done so well.
