Original review text: Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a fluffy white head and steady carbonation. Nose - lemon zest and light digestive. Taste - lemon and lemon zest. Lightly pithy too. Palate - light bodied, dry, balanced bitterness on the finish. Overall - very refreshing and a very good example of a simple style that's often not done so well.
