A tart session IPA brewed with a base heavy in oats and wheat, fermented first with a lactic acid producing yeast strain and finished with an English yeast strain. Tart up front but finishes soft and tropical from the Strata / Motueka with minimal bitterness.

Can from Appellation Wines, cheers Ash! Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus, light tropical fruit. Taste is light sour, starburst. Tangy finish.
