Cask, hand-pull at The Prince Of Wales, Aberdeen. It pours clear blonde with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, tangy citrus, lemon cordial, lime, grapefruit, biscuit and some floral accents. The taste is dry, kick of bitter, pleasant citrus character, juicy lemon, grapefruit, twist of lime, floral notes, oiliness, biscuit malt and some pale bready vibes with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Bright, fruity and moreish. Works very well. There are plenty of crappy examples of this style, but this isn't one of them (certainly when in top condition). Tasty and moreish.
