Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of light sour, dark malt, red wine, cinnamon, mixed peel. Taste is chocolate, sour wine, spice, citrus. Weirdly tangy and sweet sour finish. Interesting stuff.

75cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep brown to black. Decent tan head. Nose - mincemeat and bread. Molasses and an edge of soy sauce. Taste - burnt wood, raisin but sour. Black olive qnd molasses. Palate - chewy and medium bodied. Lightly tart and woody finish. Dark chocolate and liquorice. Overall - really interesting, challenging but good!

bottle at home... dark black.. thin tan lacing.. soft spiced fruit.. soft toffee malts nose... big sour.. kiggt woody funk.. sour raisins.. dark malts
